The Quantact Actuarial and Financial Mathematics Laboratory was created in the fall of 2014. The primary objective of the laboratory is to foster academic research in actuarial science and mathematical finance and its dissemination, and to boost the national and international visibility of the group and other actuarial and financial communities in Montreal, Quebec and Canada. Members are professors at the following partner universities: University of Montreal, UQAM, Concordia University and Laval University.
Members of the laboratory are specialized in many areas of actuarial science and mathematical finance.
